The purpose of the Executive Committee is to strategize/plan/organize the tactical approaches to accomplish the general strategic objectives set out by the Board of Directors for ACU-USA. The work ahead for ACU-USA has been separated into 5 divisions: (1) promotions/recruiting; (2) development/finances; (3) communications; and (4) human resources and training, which is actually two branches: (a) academic instruction with mentors, and (b) student labor discipleship. It's imperative to realize that being a work of God, He is calling out His laborers to do His work, and the EC serves to facilitate this through planning and organizing.
